Services

Import / Supplier research:
Interfasul also offers to its customers the import service, using its experience in foreign trade. Our job is to negotiate with the foreign suppliers, acquire the goods, prepare and organize the documentation.
Usually it is very difficult for Brazilian companies to deal with Asian companies, and vice-versa, due to the great cultural differences, including laws, behavior and language. So, one of the most important aspects of using Interfasul is to minimize these cultural differences, considering that we have teams that are trained and experienced in this kind of business in both Asia and Brazil. Even considering that English is the most used language worldwide, we use Mandarin in our negotiations in Asia and Portuguese to communicate with our customers in Brazil, making the contact much easier on both ends of the business.

In the export service, we use the best and most qualified agents abroad. We participate from the initial contact with the importer, until the arrival and release of the merchandise in the destination, documentation issuing, cargo pick-up, air/sea transport, declaration of customs clearance, certificate of origin and necessary exchange operations.
We know how important it is for the companies to reach new markets, and for this reason we offer a complete service, managing the entire export operation. So, Interfasul acts as the “export department” of the customer, allowing the company to focus on the core processes, leaving all the export bureaucracy to Interfasul.
